Frequently Asked Questions

The healthcare partners that will care for you daily include but are not limited to the Physician, Primary Nurse and Certified Nursing Assistant on each of our 3 Nursing Staffing Shifts, APRN, Rehabilitation Therapist (Physical, Occupational and/or Speech Therapists), Social Worker, Registered Dietician, Recreation Therapist, and Administration representatives.

We also have a pharmacist, laboratory technician, radiology technician and representative from a Psychology Group available depending on need.

You will be served 3 meals a day at routine times unless otherwise specified. We typically have 2 choices for each meal based on your physician-prescribed diet however there is an ALWAYS AVAILABLE menu should you wish to select another option.

We can also provide snacks and beverages depending on the prescribed diet. You are welcome to bring snacks in at the bedside to keep in a closed container and we have a refrigerator available in your neighborhood should you need something refrigerated. We ask that you place your name on the items and date it.

During the Pandemic over the last several months, our visiting schedules have changed for your safety. We can absolutely have you have visitors at any time during the day.

Preferred visits are 10 am-8 pm. If visitors come after 8 pm, they will have to ring the bell for entrance as our front doors are locked. Outside visitation is always the most preferred.

If at bedside, we ask that no more than 2 visitors at once and they need to complete the screening log at our entrance.

A surgical quality mask is required during the visit by the resident/patient and the visitors.
